These Arts Awards recognize individuals or organizations that have met the criteria identified in the various award categories. See these listed below and then accordingly complete the nominating form that follows.

Arts Impact and Contribution Award – Visual Arts recognizes a visual artist working in any medium whose work demonstrates a singular combination of talent and imagination as well as showing a strong commitment to their practice and professional development.
Arts Impact and Contribution Award – Performing Arts recognizes a performing artist in any of the fields of performance arts whose work demonstrates a singular combination of talent and imagination as well as showing a strong commitment to their practice and professional development.
Arts Impact and Contribution Award – Literary Arts recognizes a literary artist writing in any format whose work demonstrates a singular combination of talent and imagination as well as showing a strong commitment to their practice and professional development.
Arts Educator Award – Any Discipline recognizes an individual who has had a longstanding (at least five years) and important impact on developing, teaching and inspiring students in any of the arts disciplines. This individual will be acknowledged for their dedication to enriching the lives of students of any age by meaningful and continuous educational efforts in the field of their arts expertise.
Arts Benefactor Award will recognize an individual or organization that has demonstrated their commitment to the local arts community whether it be through funding support, sponsorships, or personal/familial/estate gifts such that their contribution has had a significant, lasting and meaningful impact on the arts community.
